Autotrader released its annual list of the 10 Best Cars for Dog Lovers. This year, the Ram ProMaster City graces that list next to the four-time honorees: Chrysler Pacifica and Jeep Wrangler, as ultimate dog-friendly vehicles. A recent survey by Autotrader found that more than 85 percent of dog owners think about transporting beloved pets when considering which vehicle to purchase. Autotrader picks out who makes the list of the Best Cars for Dog Lovers by looking at vehicles that offer abundant accessories and pet-friendly features.
For the first time, the 2022 Ram ProMaster City joins this prestigious and annual list of vehicles. The ProMaster City, a compact van, offers pet-friendly features like a low-load floor for easier exit and entry, a second-row bench seat that folds and flips forward, and comfortable seating. A spacious cargo area behind the second row can store travel crates and everything a pet may need, thanks to open-floor space with D-ring tie-downs that are easily accessible via dual sliding doors.
