Jeep is wrapping up the Jeep Beach 2023 event in Daytona Beach, Florida, after spending various days from April 23rd to April 30th showcasing its latest electrified variants. This was the 20th anniversary of Jeep Beach, which traditionally draws more than 200,000 Jeep fans and 25,000 Jeep vehicles to Daytona Beach. The occasion is dedicated to all things Jeep.

Electrified Vehicles Take Front and Center at Jeep Beach

Every year, Jeep Beach takes over 6.5 acres of the infield of Daytona International Speedway and then spills onto the streets of Daytona Beach. For the 2023 model year, Jeep enthusiasts were treated to some of the most recent innovations from the automaker. The brand highlighted its 1978 Jeep Cherokee 4xe and its Jeep Wrangler Magneto 3.0 electric vehicle concept. As a matter of fact, both of the automobiles premiered at the 2023 Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah, earlier in April. Both cars were also expected to take part in the 20th Anniversary Jeep Parade down Daytona Beach. In addition, the Wrangler Rubicon 392 and the new 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe were presented.

Jeep Beach Works to Underscore Inventiveness

This past week, fans were allowed to ride the Jeep obstacle course with a professional driver in 2023 Jeep vehicles, including the electrified Grand Cherokee 4xe and the Wrangler 4xe. There was a vast lineup of other vehicles exhibited, as well. For example, the new Compass Trailhawk comes equipped with a standard 200-horsepower 2.0-liter engine, while the Grand Cherokee 4xe Summit Reserve boasts 375 maximum horsepower. Meanwhile, the Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve 4×4, the Wrangler 4xe, the Wrangler Rubicon, the Gladiator Rubicon, and the Wrangler Jeep Beach 20th Anniversary Edition were also put on display.

Other prominent automobiles that rapidly became focal points were the following: the 2023 Jeep Wrangler Pace Jeep, the Gladiator Sport Light Show Edition, the Gladiator Sport 1st Responder Edition, the Wrangler Sport Salute to America Edition, and Willys Daytona’s Jeep Beach Edition from the Daytona Garage.

A Chance to Win

The event notably featured a 2023 official drawing for a lucky individual to win a 2023 Wrangler High Tide special edition and 2023 Off Road Mini Camper. The winner, announced on Saturday, April 29th, simply had to purchase a $50 ticket, with the proceeds from the drawing going directly to charity. What readers need to understand is that the Jeep Beach gathering is one of the largest events in the nation for Jeep enthusiasts.

Jeep Beach 2023 raises funds for local and national charities. Since 2012, Jeep Beach has donated more than $2 million to local charities through the event’s weeklong fundraising efforts. All proceeds raised are distributed to charities throughout central Florida counties. Jeep Beach organizers’ goal for 2023 was to donate $1 million to charities in Flagler and Volusia counties. Moreover, the automaker made a point to declare that the funds raised go to programs, not overhead costs.

Jeep has made a colossal effort to pay attention not only to the efficiency of the cars they manufacture, but also to the well-being of the customers who will ultimately be purchasing said cars.
