New for the 2024 model year, attendees reveled in Dodge Hornet Rally Rides, where fans took passenger seats for hot laps around an exclusively constructed dirt-and-pavement rally course at M1 Concourse. The occasion also incorporated a wide host of other attractions such as Dodge Drift Rides and classic and contemporary muscle car cruise-ins. Additionally, Direct Connection, the Dodge performance parts brand with factory-backed performance parts provided via the Dodge Power Brokers dealer network, was present at the celebration.
Indeed, it hosted the fourth consecutive edition of the Direct Connection Grudge Race. The Grudge Race introduced influencers and automotive builders who competed in race cars motivated by the Direct Connection HurriCrate powertrain, derived from the high-output variant of the 3.0-liter Hurricane Twin Turbo engine. These contenders unveiled their builds at a press conference on August 9, 2024, before racing during the main event on August 10.
Pre-Party: Sick Powerfest
Another new aspect of 2024 Roadkill Nights was an official pre-party event dubbed the Sick Powerfest. They not only performed demonstrations in their high-powered drag cars but also engaged in autograph sessions.
