Ram Launches Promaster BandVan Initiative to Support Touring Musicians
Ram collaborated with SiriusXM and Pandora, along with American Rock Band, Foo Fighters, to help push marketing efforts for the new 2021 Promaster Van, known as the “BandVan” among musicians. To fuel the success of emerging bands as they begin to tour, Ram is rolling out a “Back to Live Tour” Campaign. It supports five emerging artists this year, documenting their journey across the country and their personal experience driving in a new BandVan (provided by courtesy of Ram).
To kick off the campaign, Foo Fighters are taking the initiative to support Ram’s new 2021 Promaster Van in their 2021 Summer Tour opening act, Radkey. Ram is also publishing new content of Ram BandVan artists at RamBandVan.com and Ram’s Official YouTube Channel, and other social media outlets.
The Perfect Van for Traveling Musicians
The 2021 Ram BandVan comes standard with SiriusXM that enables artists to enjoy a broad selection of ad-free music, sports, podcasts, comedy shows, and much more while on the road. Ram’s initiative first launched with the recent ad campaign titled “Spotlight” with lead singer Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters. The band’s opening act, “Radkey,” is the first Ram BandVan act this year. According to Vice President of Marketing at Stellantis, North America, Marissa Hunter, Ram’s “Built to Serve” theme continues with the “Back to Live Tour” Campaign by providing talented artists with reliable, comfortable, and spacious ProMaster vans to support their careers and tour across the country.

Foo Fighters’ Summer Tour of 2021 opening act, Radkey, is the key launch point of the campaign. As the campaign progresses, several new upcoming bands will have the chance to ride on the ProMaster BandVan and document their journeys while out on the road and connecting with fans. After having a year-long hiatus since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, bands of all genres are ready to get back on the road to give fans what they are asking, and that is live music. According to Senior Director of Automotive Partnerships for SiriusXM, Jennifer Tabaczuk, it is an inspiring initiative to support emerging musicians as they tour and reconnect with fans in person.
SiriusXM and Pandora Partnership
Ram and SiriusXM’s long-standing relationship produces many successful marketing initiatives for vehicles.
