2022 Dodge Challenger and Charger Receive Halloween-Themed Appearance Packages
Dodge is releasing two Halloween-themed exterior appearance packages for its 2022 Dodge Challengers and Chargers. Consumers who are thinking of financing or leasing a brand new muscle car can do so in an eye-catching color combination of Grey Metallic and Orange. Owners of a 2022 model Dodge Challenger or Charger can stand out even more on the street in these exclusive colors and make a lasting impression at any venue. These new appearance packages are recommended for consumers who want to experience a new color option other than the factory-based colors.
New Orange and Black Appearance Packages
Consumers can opt for the HEMI Orange Appearance Package. It is available on GT RWD and Scat Pack Widebody models for the 2022 Charger and 2022 Challenger. This package creates a unique orange and black combination that transforms the exterior and interior. There is a new orange and black stripe on the outside that runs from the hood of the car to the rear on top of gray metallic body color. The Brembo six-piston brake calipers are painted orange, and all exterior badging is painted orange. The exhaust tips also receive the color treatment and feature a “Black Nickel” color instead of chrome. The second option is the SRT Black package available on the SRT Hellcat and SRT Hellcat Redeye models. This package offers blacked-out exterior badging, gloss black exterior mirrors, and black exhaust tips. (This package is also available on the 2021 Durango SRT 392). According to Dodge, the SRT Black appearance package will be available for ordering at dealerships in Fall 2021.
The Interior
Inside the cabin, drivers are greeted with orange stitching on the door panels, armrest, shifter boot, and flat-bottom leather steering wheel. On the seatbacks, there is a monochromatic Dodge logo for added aesthetic. For the Scat Pack Widebody, there is an orange and black “392” logo on the instrument panel, including blacked-out steering wheel bezels, cup holders, and air-vent rings.
Ordering Information & Pricing
Official ordering of the HEMI Orange Package will be made available through dealerships by the end of 2021 with an MSRP of $2,995 on GT RWD models and $1,500 for the Scat Pack Widebody. Dodge also says that it will be offering the 2022 Dodge Durango R/T with a “HEMI Orange Option.” The company has not released exact details on this just yet. We can expect more information to become available by the end of the year and well into the first quarter of 2022.
