I am happy that my car is running better. I was upset that company changed the warranty. So what use to be covered from when the date of the original issue was is no longer valid. Which I was upset about. I am grateful that I have extended warranty coverage otherwise I would have not been able to get my issue fixed. Not nice that they changed the warranty policy. But what is done is done. Since the parts were on back order for a long time.

My wife loves Jeep Grand Cherokees. We took our 2022 Ford Explorer Ltd in to trade for a new 2025 Laredo. They gave us an exceptional value of the Explorer....it had less than 17,000 miles on it.....and a decent price on a new Laredo. Salesman was great, the entire process was fast and polite. The ONLY heartburn I have with an otherwise excellent buying experience was that they had lost one of the key fobs. Worst management I’ve ever seen! Our salesman was awesome and had his deal swept right out from under him. Signed agreement papers and sold our car to someone else what a joke. 10/10 do not recommend these people
