Mopar Concept Vehicle Sketches

Mopar has a lot to show event-goers what it has been developing for the past few months at the 2021 SEMA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center on November 2. As one of the most well-known performance parts and aftermarket suppliers of domestic vehicles, the company is confident that its “concept sketches” will give fans a glimpse of what is coming soon. With the advent of electric cars saturating the industry in the next several years, Mopar knows that it will be compelled to manufacture parts and aftermarket accessories for the EV market in the future. By paying close attention to the Ram 1500 TRX concept sketch, the letters “RAM” are imprinted in a blue color that may hint at electrification or at least a hybrid version of the truck. However, this is just speculation and not confirmed yet.  Keep in mind, the Ram 1500 TRX is still winning awards.

About SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association)

Also known as the “Special Equipment Market Association,” SEMA has been around since 1963 and represents the specialty automotive segment of the auto industry. Tickets are currently on sale on the Official SEMA Show Website, along with vehicle registration for individuals who want to showcase their vehicle.

Mopar’s Concept Vehicle Sketches

Mopar recently released concept sketches in anticipation of the 2021 SEMA Show that reveals a Ram 1500 TRX with blue-printed “RAM” letters and two blue tow hooks below the front grille. Could this concept sketch be hinting at an electrified or hybrid TRX? It is too early to jump to conclusions until Mopar decides to release more concept drawings and information later. The second eye-catching image is a Jeep vehicle in military guise with multiple lightning modules, possibly showcasing new lighting accessories Mopar plans to release in the future.

Dominating the Aftermarket Parts Industry

As a company, Mopar became prominent in the 1960s when muscle cars and drag racing became popular. Catering to both performance and recreational vehicle enthusiasts, it specializes in high-quality performance parts and accessories for brands under Stellantis. Focusing on the three critical areas of on-road, off-road, and racing use, Mopar can enhance performance and handling for a variety of vehicles such as the Jeep Wrangler, the Ram 1500 TRX, and the iconic Dodge Challenger. Regular commuter passenger vehicles also receive the Mopar treatment in the Chrysler Pacifica Minivan with a wide assortment of accessories.
