NEMPA Recognizes the Jeep Brand as Ideal for Relentless Winter Conditions

Evaluation Criteria
NEMPA’s annual winter vehicle competition, conducted from November through March, meticulously tests several manufacturers’ vehicles in the uncompromising winter weather of New England, encompassing states such as Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Rhode Island. The winners are decided during a one-day testing and scoring event at NEMPA’s headquarters in Middleborough, Massachusetts.

NEMPA named the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee New England’s best midsize SUV. This was also the Grand Cherokee’s second time winning the midsize SUV award. In addition, the Grand Cherokee lineup now includes the plug-in hybrid Grand Cherokee 4xe, providing a splendid 25 miles of all-electric range and an efficiency rating of 56 miles per gallon equivalent, as well as the three-row Grand Cherokee L, designed to accommodate up to seven passengers with increased cargo volume and third-row capacity.
