Three New Products to be Unveiled during Dodge’s Speed Week
Dodge’s Electric Summer is here, and the company has announced its plans to debut three new products during this event! The historic and unforgettable hometown of the Dodge brand will host this event as the company moves its years-long Never Lift campaign along, kicking it into high gear. Every reveal has been curated to take part in the company’s branded Dodge Speed week festivities which are happening alongside the traditional Woodward Dream Cruise week of events as well. The debuts will take place consecutively from August 15th to August 17th, with Dodge kicking off the event with the announcement of a product that will impact the company’s current muscle car lineup.
Dodge’s Future Vehicle Speculations
A few words from Tim Kinuskis, Dodge Brand Chief Executive Officer – Stellantis on the event in Detroit: “There’s no better place to unveil a new performance direction for the Dodge brand than right on Woodward Avenue in metro Detroit, with tens of thousands of our closest fans and friends. We introduced our two-year Never Lift road map last year at Roadkill Nights, and this year the event will serve as the prelude to going wide-open throttle on Never Lift. All I can say is the future of our brand will be on display during Dodge Speed Week, and we’re throwing open our garage doors so our fans can get a peek for themselves. It’s going to be an electric summer for Dodge.”
Dodge has given enthusiasts a few breadcrumbs to follow in order to keep up with the news of their incoming product lineup. Confirmation that Dodge will revive the Hornet’s name to bring in a new plug-in hybrid (PHEV) SUV that is based on the Alfa Romeo Tonale. Other product speculations, as well as Kuniskis’ statement, point to an electric model of some of their current vehicles like the Charger or the Challenger. The Never Life campaign will continue to propel the company forward into the future, one that is exciting and innovative. Enthusiasts can even get a taste of the company and its offerings with the MotorTrend Presents Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge event (a legal drag race) on Woodward Avenue on August 13th as a part of the Speed Week calendar.
